Engaging in Career-Long Learning
2.) A teacher engages in career-long professional learning and ongoing critical reflection to improve teaching and learning.

Throughout the four months of practicum, I aimed to complete written reflections for all lessons taught. f there were multiple learning activities, I would reflect on each activity individually. In addition, if there were major discrepancies between each class, I would make note of the differences on performance or behavior. The advantage of teaching a dyad, was that small alterations could be made to each lesson taught, because the lesson was taught to each grade five class.
