Achievement of this competency is demonstrated by indicators such as:

(a) collaborating with other teachers to build personal and collective professional capacities and expertise;

(b) actively seeking out feedback to enhance teaching practice;

In order to achieve this competency, I actively sought out feedback on a variety of occasions. I made sure to invite my Teacher Mentor to formally observe my lessons and to for her to make suggestions for improvement.
